Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to all countries in Europe and most parts of the world. If your country does not appear in the list of destinations offered at the end of the order (or in your customer account), do not hesitate to contact us at info@whynote.co

Orders are most often prepared within 24 hours and the maximum processing time rarely exceeds 2 working days. Please note that our warehouses close during the weekend. As a result, orders placed on Friday afternoon and during the weekend will most often be processed the following Monday.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and are mentioned as an indication at the end of the order.


Orders to Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland are processed by our Swiss warehouse and shipped by Swiss Post. The prices of the articles include the Swiss VAT in force. You will therefore not be charged any customs duties or import taxes.


Orders to France and European Union countries

Orders to France and countries of the European Union are processed by our French warehouses and shipped by French Post (letter or Colissimo depending on the product). The prices of the articles include the local taxes in force. You will therefore not be charged any customs duties or import taxes.

 

Orders to other countries in the world

Depending on your region, you may be charged customs duties and/or import fees upon delivery. We are not responsible for any import charges or related administrative procedures. We invite you to contact your country customs in order to know what are the fees might be.
