Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery. No need for proof or to specify the reasons for your approach.

Returns that have not been previously announced cannot be processed. These may also generate involuntary costs (for redirection, import, processing and others) which may be re-invoiced to you.

Please note that items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.
