Refund Policy

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery. No need for proof or to specify the reasons for your approach.

To initiate a return, please just contact us at info@whynote.co beforehand and tell us your order number. We will then inform you of the procedure to follow as well as the return details.

Returns that have not been announced in advance cannot be processed. These can also generate involuntary costs (for redirection, import, processing and others) which may be re-invoiced to you.

You have the option of requesting a full or partial return.

Please note that items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Once the item(s) have been received, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Return costs are your responsibility.
• Returned items will be fully refunded.
• In the event of a withdrawal, the shipping costs of your initial order are not refundable.

If you want a refund in the form of a voucher, take advantage of the following advantageous conditions:

• The shipping costs of your initial order will be refunded (on your purchase credit, in proportion to the number of items returned).
• The shipping costs of your next order will be offered to you.
• Return costs are your responsibility.

This method is ideal in the context of a withdrawal for exchange, for example.
